报告人简介

吴建平，加拿大阿尔伯塔大学农业、食品与营养科学系教授，兼食品科学与生物资源技术部主任，主要从事食品蛋白质的生物加工与健康及蛋白质可持续性的研究，已发表260多篇同行评议文章、编辑出版学术专著3部、250多次学术报告和4项授权专利，获美国食品技术学会（IFT）Babcock-Hart奖、美国食品技术学会（IFT）会士、及美国化学学会（ACS）农业和食品化学分会会士。他热衷于教学和指导学生，有20多人任教于全球各大学（包括中国农业大学，东南大学等，有6人在加拿大和美国大学取得教职）。他是 Food & Function和 Journal of Functional Foods编辑顾问，Journal of Functional Foods副主编（自 2019年起），Food Science and Human Wellness（2014-2022年）和Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture前任副主编（2012-2018），活性肽国际研讨会发起人、主席或共同主席（2017, 2019，2023）。
